Dentist FAQs
Can I choose my dentist?
Yes. You can ask for a particular dentist when you book, and our coordinators arrange it when the dentist's schedule allows. If you are not sure, they suggest the right dentist for your treatment.
Will I see different dentists?
Sometimes. Each part of your treatment is looked after by a dentist trained in that field, so a case that involves, for example, gum treatment and an implant may be shared between dentists who plan it together.
Do the dentists speak English?
Our dentists explain treatment in English or Thai, and coordinators help with bookings and questions in English and Thai.
Do you have a specialist for my treatment?
Our team covers prosthodontics, endodontics, implants, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, oral pathology, TMD and geriatric dentistry. Tell us what you need and our coordinators will match you with the right dentist.
Can I send my X-rays before I travel?
Yes. Send recent X-rays, scans or photos by email, WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger. A dentist in the relevant specialty reviews them and gives a preliminary opinion; we aim to reply within a day, or 48–72 hours when several specialties are involved. The final plan always needs an examination in person, because some things can only be checked in the mouth.
How do I book with a dentist?
Use the appointment form, WhatsApp, LINE, email or phone, and tell us what you need and which dentist you would like if you have a preference. The clinic is open every day, 09:00–20:00.
Book an appointment
Tell us what you need and which dentist you would like to see, if you have a preference. A coordinator replies in English or Thai and books a time. Open every day, 09:00–20:00 (Thailand time).
