A fixed full-arch bridge on four or six implants. It stays in place and is removed only by your dentist for maintenance.

A removable denture that clips onto implants, so it moves less than a conventional denture.
Full denture
A removable denture with no surgery, including digital dentures.

All-on-4 or All-on-6?
Both carry a full-arch bridge. All-on-4 uses four implants, angled to make use of the bone you already have, so it often needs less bone grafting than placing an implant for every tooth. All-on-6 adds two implants where more support is wanted. Which one suits you is decided from your CBCT scan and examination, not from the number alone, and the price is the same for both.

What happens, and how many trips
Trip 1: planning and surgery, usually about 1–2 weeks
Examination, CBCT scan, treatment plan and written estimate; then implant surgery under local anesthesia. Most patients have fixed temporary teeth fitted within a few days of surgery, while the implants integrate with the bone.
Healing: usually 2–6 months
The bone grows onto the implants while you wear the temporary teeth. Bone grafting can make this longer.
Trip 2: the final bridge, usually about 1–2 weeks
Your dentist takes impressions or scans, tries in the bridge, and fixes the final full-arch bridge.
After treatment, clean around the bridge every day and come for regular maintenance visits. Most people can travel 2–3 days after implant surgery; your dentist confirms this and your timeline after the CBCT scan.

Two trips
The first trip, about 1–2 weeks, covers the examination, CBCT scan, treatment plan and implant surgery. The second trip, usually 2–6 months later, takes about 1–2 weeks for the final bridge.

Price and what is included
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are one price per jaw, with a hybrid full-arch acrylic bridge. You can upgrade the final bridge to zirconia for an additional fee per jaw. Both prices are on our prices page. CBCT, bone grafting and medicines are charged separately, only if you need them.
A deposit is required before surgery, and the surgical fee is paid in full on the day of surgery; the bridge is paid on the day of the impression. 1-year warranty on the restoration, terms apply, used at our clinic in Chiang Mai.

Who treats you
Full-mouth implant treatment is planned together by dentists with postgraduate training in implant dentistry, prosthodontics and oral surgery. Surgery is done under local anesthesia; if you feel anxious, nitrous oxide or an anti-anxiety tablet taken before treatment may be suitable, and your dentist decides after checking your health. If treatment under general anesthesia is needed, we refer you to a hospital and coordinate your care.

Can I send my X-rays before I travel?
Yes. Send recent X-rays, scans or photos by email, WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger. A dentist in the relevant specialty reviews them and gives a preliminary opinion; we aim to reply within a day, or 48–72 hours when several specialties are involved. The final plan always needs an examination in person, because some things can only be checked in the mouth.
