Dental Warranty

Kitcha Dental Clinic does our dental works to the best of our ability. We are detailed, diligent and careful. Our procedures and processes are established based on dental research, studies and standard controls in ensuring that an effective, safe and reliable choice of treatment is provided. Kitcha Dental Clinic thus provides a LOCAL guarantee on our dental labworks with the below conditions.

Terms and Conditions under One Year Local Warranty

• All our crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays and dentures labworks has a one year LOCAL warranty
• The warranty period is counted starting from date of dental labwork delivery
• Our clinic does not rebate, refund or reimburse dental treatments
• Dental works under warranty will be adjusted, repaired, replaced by our dentists at our clinic in Chiangmai, Thailand only
• To claim warranty, any faults must be formally informed to our clinic within the one year local warranty period
• Secondary cavities, gum infection, gum recession and issues arising from surrounding/adjacent teeth or accidents to the dental work is not covered under the one year local warranty
• We are not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown & bridgework

Dental Implants

• All our prosthesis parts on dental implants has a one year LOCAL warranty
• Dental implant fees are not rebated or refunded
• Despite having high success implant rates at our clinic, it is possible that osseointegration of the dental implant with jaw bone may not occur due to various reasons
• Should the first implant placement be unsuccessful, a second implant placement and operation will be performed by our implantologist at our center without charge
• Should a latter implant placement on the same site be required, implant surgery fees will occur
• To claim warranty, any faults must be formally informed to our clinic within the one year local warranty period
• The one year local warranty will be voided if the dental implants are adjusted or modified by other dentists post treatment

DISCLAIMERS

1. The warranty is ineffective if our instructions are not followed properly.
2. The warranty is ineffective if oral hygiene is neglected.
3. The warranty is ineffective if a patient fails to present for an annual control examination.
4. The warranty cannot be applied to temporary restorations, healing abutment and cover screw.
5. The warranty is ineffective if a patient has gum or periodontal disease for which we have not provided the gum treatment.
6. The warranty is ineffective if an illness is present, which has an unfavorable effects on the mouth (e.g. diabetes, bruxism, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy).
7. The warranty cannot be applied to injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party
8. The warranty is ineffective if the denture is not used properly.
9. The warranty cannot be applied to unforeseen root canal treatment.
10. The warranty cannot be applied to naturally declining gum tissue or tooth bone.
11. Refund is not part of what we warranty. To invoke the warranty you must contact our clinics immediately and before taking any other action. We do not reimburse overseas dental expenses made by other dentists back home post treatment nor do we reimburse travel and accommodation expenses traveling back for our warranty claims.
12. We do not take responsibility for prior or continual dental works done by your dentists back home. The local warranty also does not cover damage of dental works caused by or related to other dentists work done post treatment.
