Kitcha Dental Clinic accepts most major insurance plans providing health care coverage and its participating providers with most preferred provider networks, including the following:

In case that your insurance company is not included in our list, we will gladly provide you with a medical certificate and necessary receipts so that you can use the documents to claim directly with your own insurance company.

 

To verify whether your insurance plan covers services rendered at Kitcha Dental Clinic, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service through email or call center number: +66 53 200201 , +66 91 7977888  at least 5-14 days prior to visiting.

Step 2: Inform us of ‘the treatment plan given by your local dentist’ along with ‘your personal data’ and ‘the details of your insurance plans’ including ID number, type of policy, expiry date, contact number of health insurance or send us the copy of your insurance identification card.

Step 3: Our customer service will contact your insurance company and confirm you back your benefits and coverage as well as co-insurance, co-payments, deductibles and non-covered charges for the specific service you are requiring.

Step 4: Confirm your appointment with our customer service through email or call center for the first visit for dental consultation.

Step 5: Present your insurance identification card and proof of ID at the time of the visit.

Step 6: You will receive the treatment plan after dental consultation and our customer service will recheck your benefits, coverage, co-insurance etc. again.

Step 7: Once you agree to receive the treatment/service according to the treatment plan given by our dentist, you may need to pay the co-insurance, co-payments, deductibles etc. if required.

 

The insurance plan cannot be accepted during and after treatment.

For walk-in patients, the claim request cannot be processed. We will gladly provide you with a medical certificate and necessary receipts so that you can use the documents to claim directly with your own insurance company.
