All issues logged are kept confidential by all parties unless required by law and is diverted to the relevant departments in resolving the qulity or service issue at hand.

Process in logging issues

After dental treatment is completed, patients are able to provide feedback on services and quality via a service evaluation. The service evaluation is compiled and analyzed by Kitcha Dental Clinic’s manager. Issues are then diverted to the relevant department for resolution.

Aside from the use of the service evaluation forms, patients are also able to log their feedback and issues via email and telephone that is then forwarded to Kitcha Dental Clinic’s manager following the same process. Resolutions are reported to patients upon their request
